Rey Campero Jabalí is an artisanal mezcal made in Candelaria Yegolé, Oaxaca, from wild jabalí agave. Jabalí is well known among mezcaleros for being very difficult to work with, since it foams heavily during distillation, which makes bottlings like this relatively rare. Roasted in earthen pits and distilled in the traditional way, it delivers a smoky, complex, savory spirit for slow sipping.
