Billing & Payment Policy

This Billing & Payment Policy describes how payments are processed for orders placed with Martino's Liquor.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. Only payment methods that are actually enabled at checkout will be charged; logos shown on the site reflect the brands we accept.

When you are charged

Your payment is authorized when you place your order and captured when the order is accepted/processed. If an item is unavailable or your address is in a restricted area, we will cancel and refund that portion.

Billing descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as Martino's Liquor. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it so we can help.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law.

Security

Payments are processed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
