These Terms & Conditions govern your use of martinosliquor.com and purchases from Martino's Liquor. By using this site or ordering, you agree to these terms.

Age requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old to browse, purchase, or receive alcohol from us. By placing an order you represent that you and the recipient are 21+. A valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature are required at delivery. We will not sell or deliver to anyone who is, or appears to be, under 21 or intoxicated.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in USD and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse/cancel orders (including suspected resale or compliance issues).
Payment is captured per our Billing & Payment Policy. Your card statement will show Martino's Liquor as the descriptor.

Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship only where legally permitted. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier; damage claims are handled per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site or resell products purchased for personal use. All site content, branding, and design are owned by Martino's Liquor or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martino's Liquor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Please drink responsibly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. License No. 558799 (Off-Sale General (Type 21)).
