At Martino's Liquor, we believe alcohol is best enjoyed responsibly and in moderation. As a licensed California retailer, we take our role seriously: we sell only to adults of legal drinking age and we encourage every customer to make safe, informed choices.

Our commitment

We sell and deliver only to adults 21 or older, and we verify age at checkout.
Every delivery requires a valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature (21+). Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended.
We will refuse any sale to a person who is, or appears to be, under 21 or intoxicated.
We never market to minors and we support efforts to prevent underage drinking.

Drink responsibly — practical tips

Pace yourself and know your limits; drink slowly and in moderation.
Eat before and while you drink, and alternate with water to stay hydrated.
Never drink and drive. Plan a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, or public transit before you start.
Don’t pressure others to drink, and always respect someone’s choice not to.
Store alcohol safely and keep it out of the reach of children.

Know the health risks

According to the U.S. Dietary Guidelines, adults of legal drinking age who choose to drink should do so in moderation — generally up to one drink per day for women and up to two for men. Drinking less is better for health than drinking more.

Pregnancy: there is no known safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not drink.
Medications & health conditions: alcohol can interact dangerously with medications and worsen some conditions. Talk to your doctor.
Operating machinery: do not drink before driving or operating machinery.

Government Warning: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.
