El Tinieblo Añejo is a Mexican mezcal produced at Rancho El Tinieblo in the state of Tamaulipas. As an añejo, it is rested in oak barrels, which softens the spirit and adds warm, rounded depth on top of mezcal’s earthy, smoky agave character. It is meant to be sipped slowly, either neat or with a small splash of water.
