<p>Our gin is distilled through a small copper still, “The Dotach”, alongside the whisky making sister stills. Our key ingredient is sugar kelp seaweed gathered sustainably by hand from local sea lochs as our key botanical to express our island’s unique maritime nature. Every bottle bears a paper seal with our distillery’s geographical coordinates to show where it’s made.</p>
<p>Sugar kelp works in harmony with eight other carefully chosen botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel, orris root powder and liquorish root.</p>
